nKey Responsibilities

Identify and track Government RFPs, tenders, EOIs, and technical bids related to IT/software servicesn
Read and analyze RFPs, Scope of Work, PQT/TQ, eligibility criteria, deliverables, and commercial requirementsn
Evaluate tender requirements and assess company eligibility and participationn
Understand IT solutions including software development, web/mobile applications, cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed servicesn
Coordinate with technical and internal teams to prepare bid responsesn
Identify potential government and enterprise clients and new business opportunitiesn
Attend client meetings, presentations, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessionsn
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnersn




Prepare opportunity summaries, bid trackers, and sales reportsn

nRequired Skills
nGood understanding of IT Sales & Business Development
nAbility to read and interpret Government RFPs/Tenders
nBasic-to-valuable understanding of software development and IT solutions
nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills
nGood analytical and research skills
nAbility to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities
nProficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
nPreferred

Experience in Government Sales, Tender Management, RFP/Bid Management, or IT Business Developmentn
Knowledge of government procurement/e-tendering processesn
Experience working with government departments, PSUs, or enterprise clientsn
