Develop effective prompts, instructions, personas, and conversation flows.n
Integrate agents with APIs, tools, connectors, CRM, banking, ticketing, messaging, and knowledge systems.n
Identify and handle edge cases, failures, ambiguity, and recovery scenarios.n
Build and execute evaluation and regression test scenarios to improve agent quality.n
Iterate agent behaviour based on real-world usage, feedback, and performance.n
Work on Conversational Agents or Work Agents.n
Support rapid POC development and customer-facing solution delivery.n

nMust-Have Skills

2+ years of hands-on LLM / Generative AI / Software Engineering experiencen
Solid Prompt Engineering & Instruction Design experiencen




Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI / Conversational AIn
Understanding of tool calling, API integration, and workflowsn
Experience with LLM evaluation, testing, and edge-case handlingn
Robust problem-solving and analytical skillsn
Ability to work on production-oriented AI solutionsn
