Experience with ServiceNow ITSM tool. N
Knowledge of Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 applications. N
Experience in Active Directory and account management. N
Understanding of ITIL processes;
ITIL certification preferred. N
Robust communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. N
nMinimum Qualification: 15 years of full time education
