Job Description We are seeking expert practitioners to facilitate a high-impact upskilling program for our senior engineering and architecture teams. This program is designed to transform experienced data practitioners into project-ready specialists capable of navigating and extracting value from complex Guidewire environments. Program Overview: You will be responsible for building worked examples from real/representative data models and delivering sessions that build the following five core capabilities: Domain Foundation: Explaining lines of business (auto, flood, catastrophic) and their associated policy, billing, and claim events. Data Structure Navigation: Locating entities behind business transactions within PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter. Transaction Tracing: Documenting end-to-end transaction traces (creation/updates). Source-to-Target Mapping: Guiding participants to map Guidewire data into cloud target models. Extraction/Interface Design: Identifying correct extraction routes for cloud migration. Mandatory Expertise:



The candidate must have hands-on experience executing a Guidewire project. The breakdown per week is as follows: Week 1: Module 1 (in full) and the start of Module 2 (Guidewire data storage and PolicyCenter core). Week 2: Close Module 2 (ClaimCenter and BillingCenter) and Module 3 (in full). Week 3: Module 4 (split by profile) and Module 5 (mapping exercise and capability checks). Expectation: Facilitators must be available to provide ongoing online support and mentorship to trainees for queries arising from their sessions. Trainer Profile & Selection Experience & Designation: The trainer must be a mid-level senior practitioner with a minimum of 7 years of work experience. Mandatory Expertise: The candidate must have hands-on experience executing a Guidewire project. Training Logistics & Format Schedule: Sessions will be held on Thursdays and Fridays between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Each session will run for a maximum of 1.5 hours. D
