We’re looking for a solid AI Engineer / Developer with 3–7 years of experience to build production-grade AI capabilities for next-generation enterprise platforms.

Location:Delhi | Work From Office(5 Days a Week)

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who wants to build meaningful AI solutions for complex business workflows.

What you’ll work on:
LLM-powered enterprise applications
RAG and knowledge-based AI systems
AI agents and workflow automation
Prompt engineering and AI application architecture
Python-based AI services and APIs
Taking AI capabilities from prototype to production

What we’re looking for:
3–7 years of software/AI engineering experience
Solid Python and backend development skills
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Generative AI and AI agents
Understanding of embeddings, vector databases and AI application architecture
Strong problem-solving and software engineering fundamentals
Ability to independently design, build and ship AI features

Experience in US Healthcare, US Insurance or enterprise software is a solid advantage.
