Firstsource – Hiring AR Callers
Role: AR Caller – Physician Billing
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹43,000
Eligibility: Experienced candidates only
Interview: Walk-in
Job Responsibilities:
Handle accounts receivable for physician billing.
Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
Handle claim denials and rejections.
Check claim status through payer portals.
Identify payment issues and take necessary action.
Work on underpaid, unpaid and denied claims.
Maintain proper follow-up notes and meet daily targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Skills Required:
Physician Billing experience
AR Calling experience
Denial Management
Insurance Follow-up
Claims and Payment Posting knowledge
Positive communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
