Job DescriptionRole Overview: You will be part of the Quality, responsible for driving strategic, cross‐functional initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory functions , etc. The role requires a non‐conventional project management approach to ensure organizational strategies are effectively implemented, with robust emphasis on operational excellence, compliance, and timely delivery of manufacturing and quality programs.
nKey Responsibilities:

Cross‐functional program management: Collaborate with supply chain, production, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of high‐priority programs.n
Operational risk mitigation: Drive initiatives to minimize penalties, avoid out‐of‐stock situations, and reduce expired inventory losses through proactive monitoring and execution.n
Capex and infrastructure evaluation: Assess open capital expenditure requests and current infrastructure projects, ensuring detailed justification, ROI analysis, and demand forecasts are prepared for management review.n
Project execution monitoring:



Oversee ongoing infrastructure projects, track progress, identify challenges, and ensure readiness for qualification, audits, and product pipeline integration.n
Strategic program acceleration: Ensure fast‐track progress of priority projects directly managed by the Quality Leader , avoiding delays and bottlenecks.n
Management reporting: Maintain live dashboards, prepare meeting briefs, consolidate cross‐functional updates, and highlight critical issues requiring leadership attention.n

nCore Competencies:

5–7 years of PMO experience with exposure to manufacturing or quality operations.n
Proven ability to work with senior leadership in driving organizational priorities.n
Solid analytical and presentation skills; advanced expertise in MS Excel and familiarity with visual dashboards/data analytics platforms.n
