Job Title – : AGM- F&A; Tower Lead

Location – Chennai
CA(Chartered accountants with 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in MNC (BPO or Captive)
Own end-to-end R2R / P2P / O2C processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Invoice processing, AP Cycle, AR Cycle and Reporting.
Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
Robust exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc
Manage people’s performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals. (75-150 FTEs)
Lead client governance, QBRs/MBRs
Controllership &
Compliance (SOX/ICFR)
Global Stakeholder Management (Controller/CFO Level)
Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for operational excellence.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for KPI governance, audits, and contract amendments.
Champion transformation, automation,



and continuous improvement leveraging ERP and analytics tools.
Solid domain knowledge in Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) with
prior BPO experience.
Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC) and tools like Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx.
Excellent soft skills: stakeholder management, presentation, articulation, and multitasking.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, KPI governance, audits, and business contract management.
Expertise in project management, transition, and process transformation initiatives.
