Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, and supply chain operations to ensure timely availability of materials at optimal cost.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement and timely supply of materials as per requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and material consumption.
Ensure cost-effective sourcing and negotiate with vendors.
Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and supply chain records.
Coordinate with departments to understand and fulfill material requirements.
Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and processes.
Identify prospects to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.

Experience: 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital supply chain operations.
