Provide strategic leadership in implementing and enhancing the CBSE curriculum.n
Drive student admissions by engaging with parents, presenting the school’s vision effectively, and ensuring enrollment targets are achieved.n
Oversee teaching and learning practices to maintain high academic standards and student outcomes.n
Mentor, guide, and evaluate faculty to build a cooperative, motivated, and high-performing academic team.n
Foster a child-centric, inquiry-based learning culture aligned with international best practices.n
Establish strong relationships with parents,



students, staff, and the community to strengthen the school’s reputation.n
Ensure compliance with educational policies, health and safety standards, and operational excellence.n
Lead initiatives in extracurricular programs, innovation in teaching-learning, and holistic student development.n

nRequirements:

Master’s degree in Education/School Leadership or equivalent (preferred).n
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in school leadership with direct exposure to CBSE curriculum.n
Proven track record of admission growth and parent engagement.n
Strong academic orientation with ability to balance rigor and creativity in pedagogy.n
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.n
Inspirational leadership style with ability to mentor teachers and build high-performance teams.n
Ability to join immediately and lead from the front.n
