What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
As Application support specialist, you will be responsible for working on incident and problem management and support different applications both prod and non-prod. This role ensures that application systems are robust, secure, and aligned with business requirements by participating in the technical design, development, and integration of multi-platform systems. You will provide technical expertise for small to medium, complex projects and initiatives related to the implementation and support of application and/or infrastructure technology in a multi-platform setting.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
Analysis & Support: Evaluate service requests to ensure adherence to standards and processes. Coordinate and execute implementation plans.
Troubleshooting Skills: Identify and resolve small to medium complex production problems.



Monitor and analyze supported services to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
Detail Oriented: You understand that success is in the details. Your critical thinking skills help inform your decision-making, and you notice things that others might miss.

Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships and partnerships with technical team members and peers to facilitate effective collaboration.
Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, using advanced verbal communication skills, including appropriate tone, style, and structure.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Collaborates with other operational teams, QA teams, and development teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
Works closely with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications.
