Banquet Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising banquet events such as weddings, conferences, meetings, parties, corporate functions, and social gatherings.

Key Job Responsibilities
Coordinate banquet events from planning stage through completion.
Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and special requests.
Prepare and coordinate event details, including menu, seating arrangements, guest count, timing, and setup requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office departments.
Prepare banquet function sheets, event orders, and other required documents.
Supervise the setup of tables, chairs, stages, buffet counters, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and other event facilities.
Ensure the banquet venue is clean, organized,



and ready before guests arrive.
Coordinate food and beverage service according to the approved event plan.
Welcome guests and assist with their requirements during the function.
Monitor the event to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and last-minute changes professionally.
Ensure proper communication between the banquet team and other departments.
Monitor the quality and presentation of food and beverage service.

Pay: ₹11,546.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
