Business Analyst – Manager

Experience: 0–2 years

We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst – Manager to support MIS, business analytics, cost monitoring, project tracking, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop MIS reports and Power BI dashboards
Analyze operational and project performance
Track costs, budgets, milestones, and project timelines
Prepare DPRs and financial models
Validate ERP data and ensure data accuracy
Provide analytical insights to senior management
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, HoDs, and internal teams

Key Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Financial Modelling, ERP, Business Analytics, Project Tracking & Executive Reporting. Qualification: MBA (Finance/Strategy/Analytics) IIMs preferred; Engineering graduates with relevant experience may apply.
