Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM) – Digital Marketing Sales

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 In-Hand + Incentives

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager with experience in Digital Marketing, Website Development, or IT Service Sales.

Responsibilities
Generate recent business through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead generation.
Sell Digital Marketing Services, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and other IT services.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements




2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing/IT Service Sales.
Experience selling SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, or Software/IT Services.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Confident in cold calling, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Target-driven with a positive attitude.
Digital Marketing Agency experience will be preferred.

Work Location: South Kolkata (Near Tollygunge Metro)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
