The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing enterprise security tools and handling implementation and technical troubleshooting across Microsoft security platforms and endpoint security solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Implement, configure and manage enterprise cybersecurity tools and platforms.
Independently troubleshoot security tool and platform issues.
Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring and management of security solutions.
Manage security tools across implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and operational support.
Monitor security platforms and investigate technical/security issues.
Work with security and IT teams to resolve complex tool-related incidents.
Support security-tool enhancements, configuration changes and operational improvements.




Maintain appropriate technical documentation and operational procedures.
Ensure security tools remain operational, effective and aligned with business requirements.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Defender
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Sentinel
CrowdStrike / Cybereason or similar endpoint security platforms
Other relevant Microsoft security and cybersecurity tools Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with robust independent ownership of security tools.

Key combination: Microsoft Defender + Entra ID + Intune + Sentinel + Endpoint Security + Implementation + Configuration + Troubleshooting + Monitoring Significant: Strong hands-on experience independently implementing, configuring, troubleshooting and managing security tools is essential. Candidates with only monitoring or SOC-alert-handling experience should not be prioritized.
