We are looking for a Civil, Architectural & Urban Design Specialist with experience in building design, infrastructure planning, architectural analysis, construction documentation, and urban development. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving practical design, planning, engineering, and built-workplace problems.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and review architectural, civil, and urban-design concepts
Interpret drawings, site plans, layouts, sections, elevations, and technical documentation
Analyze building layouts, infrastructure requirements, and site constraints
Support residential, commercial, infrastructure, and urban-development projects
Review structural, architectural, and construction-related information
Perform quantity, area, material, and basic cost calculations
Analyze building codes, zoning requirements, and planning regulations
Support site planning, road layouts, drainage, utilities, and public infrastructure planning
Prepare technical drawings, reports, and design documentation
Review designs for functionality, constructability, safety, and compliance
Work with CAD, BIM, GIS, and architectural-design tools




Coordinate multidisciplinary design information across engineering and architecture teams Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a related field
Strong understanding of drawings, plans, layouts, and design documentation
Knowledge of building construction, planning, or infrastructure systems
Solid analytical and spatial reasoning skills
Ability to interpret technical standards and specifications
High attention to design accuracy Preferred Qualifications - B.Arch, M.Arch, B.Tech/M.Tech Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or similar qualification
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp, ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms
Experience with BIM workflows
Knowledge of building codes, development regulations, and planning standards
Experience in infrastructure, housing, commercial development, or urban planning
