We are looking for a Credit Officer to evaluate and process loan applications while ensuring proper credit assessment, documentation, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of applicants.
Verify customer KYC, income, employment, and other required documents.
Analyse repayment capacity, financial information, and credit history.
Identify and assess potential credit risks before approving loans.
Conduct customer and field verification when required.
Recommend loan approvals, rejections, or appropriate loan amounts based on credit assessment.
Ensure accurate and complete loan documentation and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and collection teams for smooth loan processing.




Monitor loan accounts and support timely repayment and collection activities.
Maintain accurate records and prepare credit-related reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Valuable knowledge of loan processing and credit assessment.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, or lending is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
