Job Description:
We are seeking a well-groomed and patient-focused Guest Relation Executive to manage patient interactions and ensure a positive hospital experience. The role involves coordinating with patients, attendants, doctors, and hospital departments to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and attendants courteously
Support patient registration, appointments, admissions, and discharge processes
Act as a point of contact between patients and hospital departments
Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout their hospital visit
Guide patients regarding hospital services, procedures, and facilities
Coordinate with billing, insurance, nursing, and clinical teams
Maintain patient records and service-related documentation
Adhere to hospital policies and service quality standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
