Project Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to final deployment and post-launch review. N
Sprint Orchestration: Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to maintain team velocity and focus. N
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business leadership, providing regular updates on project health, milestones, and potential blockers. N
Resource Allocation: Manage developer and designer workloads to ensure optimal distribution of tasks based on priority, skill set, and deadlines. N
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical or operational risks, developing contingency plans to prevent project delays or budget overruns. N
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including functional specifications, roadmaps,



and progress reports using tools like Jira, Linear, or Asana. N
Quality Assurance Alignment: Coordinate with QA teams to ensure that all deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and high-performance standards before release. N
