Be an integral part of a growing team, play a key role in building and transitioning functional capability to the service centren
Be responsible for the review of policy wordings across various industry segments as per established and best practicesn
Meet SLAs on Accuracy, Productivity and TAT as per agreed standardsn
Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessaryn
Act as a mentor to team to ensure they have working knowledge of systems and established processes. Ensure up-skilling of team as per requirementn
Ideate and identify opportunities for process improvements, calibrate and streamline processesn
