As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kota.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
SEO & SEM: Boost organic traffic through keyword strategy, on-page/off-page SEO, and backlinking.
Social Media Marketing: Create and manage content calendars, schedule posts, and actively engage with audiences across social channels.
Email Marketing: Design, execute, and monitor email campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and similar platforms.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop engaging, brand-aligned content across digital channels.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing:



Identify and coordinate with influencers and affiliate partners to enhance brand reach and engagement.
Agency & Team Coordination: Liaise with external agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing activities.
Follow-ups & Execution: Ensure timely follow-ups, campaign tracking, and smooth execution of all marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion/luxury segment
Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital trends
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience with jewelry or luxury products is a plus.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
