Job Summary:

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote hospital services, build strong referral networks, and drive patient footfall. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, relationship management with doctors, clinics, corporates, and generating business through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
Generate patient referrals through doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the assigned territory
Promote hospital services (OPD, IPD, diagnostics, specialty services)
Conduct regular field visits to doctors, nursing homes, and corporate offices




Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)
Maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and partners
Corporate Tie-ups
Approach companies for employee health check-up packages
Develop B2B partnerships with corporates, insurance agents, TPAs
Reporting & MIS
Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity tracker
Submit weekly/monthly performance reports
Track competitor activities and market trends

Qualifications:
1 years of experience in hospital/healthcare/pharma marketing preferred
Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply

Additional Requirements:
Must have own vehicle (preferred)
Willingness to work in field and flexible timings

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
