About the Role

Vijay Copolymers is looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Zoho Finance Coordinator to coordinate finance-related activities and ensure smooth usage and management of Zoho Finance applications.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities related to Zoho Finance applications.
Maintain and manage finance-related data in Zoho.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance team for transaction entries and records.
Monitor workflows, approvals, and pending finance-related activities.
Support users in resolving basic Zoho Finance-related issues.
Coordinate with the Zoho support/implementation team whenever required.
Assist in configuration, process improvement, and automation within Zoho Finance.
Maintain accurate reports and MIS related to finance activities.




Check data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Support integration and coordination between Zoho applications and other business processes.
Prepare and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
Train team members on relevant Zoho Finance processes and usage.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of finance-related tasks.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

Required Skills
Valuable computer and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Good understanding of software applications and business processes
Knowledge of Zoho Finance / Zoho Books will be an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to learn and train others
Positive follow-up and problem-solving skills
