Manage daily operations of the Gents Ready-Made section and ensure smooth floor functioning.
Supervise, guide, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
Assist customers in selecting suitable shirts, trousers, jeans, T-shirts, formal wear, casual wear, and other men's apparel.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Monitor daily sales, conversion, average bill value, and other retail performance indicators.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
