About Cherish Cherish is a parenting platform that helps working parents coordinate baby care, access trusted information, and stay connected with grandparents and extended family.

We are an early-stage startup looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to help us acquire and engage more parents.

Role Description You will work closely with the founder to explore and test different ways to grow Cherish. This role involves both parent acquisition and partnership development, with a solid focus on experimentation and learning what works.

Key Responsibilities
Explore and test recent parent-acquisition channels.
Build partnerships with hospitals, parenting experts, consultants, communities, and relevant brands.
Conduct outreach and manage partnership follow-ups.
Experiment with content, communities, creators, paid marketing, and other growth opportunities.
Track acquisition and engagement metrics.
Speak with parents, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.




Improve marketing communication and user acquisition.

What We’re Looking For
Curious, proactive, and highly resourceful.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to experiment and solve open-ended problems.
Interest in consumer apps, growth marketing, and partnerships.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and user acquisition.
Prior experience in B2C marketing, consumer apps, communities, or partnerships is a plus.
