We are seeking a organized Operations Manager to run the daily workflows of our album printing business.
You will manage customer bookings, organize schedules, and supervise the staff to ensure smooth operations from initial design to final print production.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Bookings: Oversee all incoming customer orders, bookings, and delivery schedules.
Workflow Allocation: Assign album projects to the design and printing departments.
Production Oversight: Monitor the full workflow from digital design to the final printing section.
Staff Leadership: Manage daily staff tasks, schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:Experience in operations management or team leadership (printing or studio experience is a plus).Solid scheduling and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
