nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst specializing in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on SAP experience and a foundational understanding of OTC and basic Finance processes. This role will work closely with senior analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to support the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP solutions.

nKey Responsibilities

Support the configuration and maintenance of SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivablen
Work with cross-functional teams to understand how OTC integrates with SD, FI, and MM modulesn
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specificationsn




Support integration activities with third-party systems such as tax engines and invoicing platforms under senior guidancen
Participate in system testing cycles (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and help validate outcomesn
Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex problems to senior team membersn
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support optimization initiativesn
Assist in documenting process flows, configuration details, and user guidesn
Support data validation, migration activities, and system upgradesn
Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and standard processesn
Participate in cross-functional discussions and workshops to build business and technical knowledgen

nRequired Skills

Basic understanding of SAP OTC processes (order management, billing, invoicing, AR).n
Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and FI modules.n
Exposure to pricing, billing, or customer master data
