NKey Responsibilities

Research AI, SaaS and product companies to identify high-potential prospects.
N
Build targeted prospectlists and identify founders, CXOs and hiring decision-makers.
N
Run outbound outreach through cold email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
N
Qualify prospects and book meetings with founders and hiring leaders.
N
Understand hiring needsand position Zensei's recruitment services accordingly.
N
Manage follow-ups and move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
N
Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
N
Keep prospect, activityand pipeline data updated accurately in the CRM.

nWho We're Looking For

N

n
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition.
N
Prior hands-on B2B sales experience is mandatory.
N
Experience in recruitment, staffing, SaaS or professional services is preferred.
N
Solid written and spoken English and comfortable with cold outreach.
N
Comfortable speaking with founders, CXOs and senior decision-makers.
N
Strong negotiation, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
N
Working knowledge of CRM and sales prospecting tools.
N
Available to work in office from our HSR Layout, Bangalore office.
