nTeam Leadership & People Management
n

Lead recruitment, onboarding and development of the Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) team.n
Build and manage a high-performing RMA team through coaching, mentoring and performance management.n
Develop and deliver scientific and medical training programs for RMAs.n
Ensure consistency in scientific knowledge, medical excellence and field medical practices across the business.n
Drive talent development, succession planning and employee retention.n
Ensure timely reporting of any Product Complaints, ADRs or Adverse Events to the Pharmacovigilance (PV) team.n

nMedical Affairs & Scientific Leadership

Lead the development of Medical Affairs strategies and field medical capabilities.n
Ensure high-quality scientific support for internal stakeholders and external healthcare specialists.n
Support disease awareness, scientific exchange and product lifecycle management across assigned therapeutic areas.n
Identify operational improvements and implement best practices within the RMA function.n

nCross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.n
Support Medico-Marketing initiatives including Advisory Boards, Medical Booths, Educational Programs and Scientific Events.n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute medical and clinical strategies.n
Share insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and the external medical community with internal stakeholders.n
