nWhat you'll do:

Engage fresh leads and walk-in clients for new launch residential projectsn
Understand client requirements and match them to the right projectn
Conduct site visits and project presentationsn
Negotiate and close bookings; assist clients through documentationn
Maintain your pipeline in CRM and hit monthly booking targetsn

nWhat we need:

1–3 years experience (real estate, telecalling, retail, banking, insurance, or any sales — or a fresher who can talk)n
Fluent communication in English + Hindi/Marathin
Two-wheeler and laptop are a mustn
Target-driven attitude; comfortable with field work and weekend client visits.n
