nAbout the Job Role:
nWe are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe All Rounderto join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and support daily operations.
nSpecific Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and explain the conceptn
Assist customers with choices and answer questions about ingredients and specialsn
Handle billing, payments, and POS systems responsiblyn
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stationsn
Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all timesn
Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely servicen
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing dutiesn




Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when requiredn

nRequired Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredn
Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is an advantagen
Solid communication and interpersonal skillsn
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindsetn
