We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR activities. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to start their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
Maintain employee records and documentation
Assist in attendance and leave tracking
Help organize employee engagement activities
Handle basic HR queries from employees.
Knowledge Statutory Compliances and labour Laws

Requirements
Master's in Business Administration, or related field
0–1 year of experience
Basic understanding of HR functions
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Robust organizational and multitasking skills
