Puchkaman — Bengal’s First Street Food QSR Brand is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate positions
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local hiring channels
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
Recruit frontline QSR staff, including outlet managers, kitchen staff, service crew, cashiers, and other roles
Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports
Support onboarding and documentation of current employees




Build a strong talent pipeline to support Puchkaman’s expansion

Who We’re Looking For:
Solid communication and people skills
Hands-on experience in recruitment preferred
Experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or bulk hiring will be an advantage
Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines
Energetic, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
