We are looking for a target-oriented Influencer Marketing & Onboarding Executive to identify, connect, negotiate, and onboard influencers across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify influencers on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Watch and evaluate influencer content to find suitable creators.
Reach out to influencers and explain collaboration opportunities.
Negotiate rates, deliverables, and collaboration terms.
Follow up with influencers and complete the onboarding process.
Manage and update the influencer dashboard.
Maintain daily records of influencers contacted, connected, and onboarded.




Achieve assigned daily influencer outreach targets.

Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and bargaining/negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of social media platforms.
Target-oriented with solid follow-up skills.
Comfortable handling dashboards and spreadsheets.
Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.
Experience in influencer outreach/onboarding is preferred.
