About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic BD On-Job Trainee to support our business development activities focused on the US and Canada market. The role primarily involves qualified calling, communication with potential clients, and supporting lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Make professional outbound calls to clients/prospects in the US market.
Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements.
Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with the BD team for lead conversion and further communication.
Develop a professional understanding of B2B business development and international markets.

Eligibility
Graduate or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Valuable English pronunciation, fluency, confidence, and interpersonal skills.




Comfortable communicating with international clients, particularly US-based prospects.
Prior BPO, telecalling, customer support, or international calling experience will be an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
