We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Jewellery Telesales Executive to join our team in Surat.

Key Responsibilities

●Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. ●Generate and qualify leads through telecalling. ●Inform customers about current arrivals, offers, discounts, and promotions. ●Follow up with customers and maintain valuable customer relationships. ●Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information. ●Update customer details, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM regularly. ●Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements

●Minimum 2 year of experience in telecalling/telesales preferred.

●Valuable communication and convincing skills.

●Proficient in English, Hindi & Gujarati.

●Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.

●Basic knowledge of CRM and customer data management.
