To manage the overall functioning of the Domestic Department, drive sales and revenue, lead the team, and ensure smooth execution of domestic tours while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the Domestic Department and team performance.
Drive sales of domestic group and customised tour packages.
Handle and monitor enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and revenue targets.
Plan and develop domestic tour packages, itineraries and costing.
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, guides and other suppliers.
Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve operational issues.
Maintain solid relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
Monitor tour costs, pricing and profitability.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure service quality.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless tour operations.
Train, guide and motivate team members to achieve departmental targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
