Job Summary

We are looking for an L&D; qualified who can manage the complete learning and development lifecycle of an organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing corporate learning and development programs, including coordination with external institutions and management development programs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end L&D; lifecycle within the organization.
Identify organizational and employee learning requirements.
Plan and execute corporate learning and development programs.
Coordinate Management Development Programs (MDPs).
Work with external institutions, training partners and educational organizations.
Manage learning programs for corporate teams and business functions.
Coordinate program planning, execution, logistics and stakeholder communication.
Track participation, completion and effectiveness of L&D; initiatives.
Maintain L&D; calendars, records and program documentation.




Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align learning initiatives with organizational requirements.

Preferred Profile
Robust experience in corporate L&D; / Learning & Development.
Proven experience managing corporate development programs.
Experience in MDP/program coordination is preferred.
Experience working with external institutes/institutions.
Solid program/project management and stakeholder management skills.
Trainer experience is not mandatory; candidates who have managed and executed L&D; programs are suitable.
Candidates from TA/HR backgrounds with strong L&D; program management exposure can also be considered.
