We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong experience in the Travel & Tourism industry to manage day-to-day travel operations and ensure smooth execution of customer trips.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide the Operations and Reservation Executives
Monitor all confirmed bookings and ensure timely execution
Coordinate with hotels, vendors, transport providers and other travel partners
Ensure timely issuance of vouchers, confirmations and travel documents
Handle customer and operational escalations effectively
Develop and implement operational SOPs and processes
Monitor service quality and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Coordinate closely with Sales, KAM and Finance teams
Track pending payments, refunds, cancellations and related issues
Ensure smooth coordination and execution of complete customer trips




Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency
Monitor team performance and ensure operational deadlines are met

Candidate Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in Travel & Tourism / Tour & Travel operations

Strong experience in travel operations, reservations and booking management

Positive knowledge of hotel/vendor coordination

Experience handling customer escalations

Strong team management and coordination skills

Good understanding of cancellations, refunds and payment follow-ups

Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
