Role: Post-Placement Operations & Compliance Specialist (US IT Staffing) Location: Uppal, Telangana.

Shift Timing: Night shifts (EST hours) About the role This role owns everything that happens after a candidate accepts an offer collecting and organizing every required document, coordinating background checks, tracking payment schedules, and issuing invoices, so nothing falls through the cracks between a placement closing and the paperwork being fully complete.

Responsibilities Compliance & Documentation - Collect offer letters, onboarding documents, and employment agreements.
Ensure I-9, W-4, direct deposit, and client-required onboarding documents are complete.
Track background checks and drug screenings.
Maintain audit-ready consultant files.

Placement





Administration - Confirm joining dates.
Track first day attendance.
Monitor 30-day and 60-day retention milestones.
Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and HR. Billing & Collections - Generate placement invoices.
Track consultant payment obligations (if applicable).
Follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile received payments against expected schedules.
Escalate overdue accounts. Risk Management - Identify no-show risks.
Monitor early termination risks.
Ensure all exceptions are documented and approved.
Maintain written records of agreements and amendments.
