The Senior QA/QC engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing key aspects of the role, including strategic planning, team coordination, and ensuring the achievement of objectives. Duties include analyzing workflows, optimizing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the role involves reporting on performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing creative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control plans in compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulations for construction projects, including material selection, workmanship evaluation, and defect identification.
Non-Conformity Management: Identify and address non-conformances, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
Conduct quality audits, inspections,



and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Ensure accurate documentation of test results, inspection reports, and other relevant records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall project performance.
Provide technical guidance on quality matters to junior engineers and team members.
