Junior Web Developer (WordPress & Shopify)

Key Responsibilities

n

Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress and Shopify.
n
Build responsive and mobile-friendly web pages.
n
Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and Shopify themes.
n
Integrate third-party plugins, apps, and APIs.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
n
Perform website updates, backups, and maintenance activities.
n
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
n
Coordinate with designers and marketing teams to implement website requirements.
n
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
n

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify.
n
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
n
Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
n




Experience in WordPress theme and plugin customization.
n
Experience in Shopify theme customization and app integration.
n
Understanding of responsive web design principles.
n
Familiarity with website hosting, domain management, and cPanel.
n
Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
n
Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
n
Ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
n

Preferred Skills

Experience with WooCommerce.
n
Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
n
Basic knowledge of Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders.
n
Understanding of website security and SSL implementation.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
