PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Under Armour is seeking a Lead, FP&A; Systems (EPM OneStream) with experience in enterprise performance management platforms and financial planning processes to support the development and scaling of enterprise-wide planning and reporting capabilities. This role requires solid expertise in OneStream or comparable EPM tools, a solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system and data solutions in a global, cross-functional setting. The position will support the full lifecycle of the OneStream platform including implementation, testing, go-live stabilization, and ongoing administration, while driving data integrity, system scalability, and continuous improvement across planning and reporting cycles.
Reporting Structure: Direct line report to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. In India and with dotted-line report into the VP, Corporate FP&A; at UA Headquarters in Baltimore, MD.
YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities):




Support OneStream implementation activities including requirements validation, system configuration alignment, data mapping, metadata preparation, and reconciliation
Partner with system integration partners to execute and oversee testing cycles (unit testing, SIT, UAT), including development of test scripts, issue tracking, and defect resolution
Support go-live and hypercare activities by monitoring system performance, triaging user issues, investigating data discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution of critical defects
Administer the OneStream platform post-implementation including security, user access, workflows, metadata, reporting objects, and data integrations
Own cycle readiness and execution support for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity
Maintain and enhance system documentation including runbooks, SOPs, training materials, and
