Job Title: Service Now Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Architect with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of the Service Now platform, hands-on experience across multiple Service Now modules,



and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Candidates with Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification will be preferred; however, the certification is not mandatory for someone who is already excelling in a Technical Architect role.

Design end-to-end Service Now solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
