What You Will Do:




Enterprise Applications Engineering at TJX delivers highly integrated, secure, and scalable platforms that support global HR and Associate experiences.
As a Staff Engineer Workday HCM, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for Workday Core HCM and enterprise integrations. You will lead and deliver Epics, influence platform-level decisions, and partner closely with architects, product managers, HR stakeholders, and engineering teams to evolve TJXs Workday ecosystem.
This role requires deep expertise in Workday Core HCM, integration architecture, DevSecOps practices, and HR business processes, with the ability to clearly communicate technology strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences while mentoring engineers across teams.
