We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility located in Kanjikode, Palakkad. This role is ideal for fresh graduates holding a diploma, who are eager to start their career in production management.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Production Processes: Monitor and guide the production team to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Inventory Management: Keep track of materials and supplies, ensuring that there is enough stock for uninterrupted production while minimizing waste.
Team Coordination: Organize shifts, assign tasks, and foster a positive work environment to enhance team performance.
Reporting: Maintain explicit and accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and any issues that arise during operations.
