We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Incharge to manage our back office operations in Himatnagar, Sabarkantha. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with 1 to 7 years of experience who is ready to support day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure that all back office activities run smoothly, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
Team Management: Supervise and train back office staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and maintain high performance.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficient workflows to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce errors.
Communication: Act as a point of contact between management and back office staff, facilitating explicit communication and resolving any arising issues.
Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management to assist in decision-making.
