Role Overview

Lanstitut is expanding across India with a focus on building robust regional sales ecosystems. The Sales Head – North will be responsible for establishing and scaling the company's presence in the region through structured sales systems, solid team leadership, and consistent revenue growth.

This role requires a leader who can build and manage high-performance sales teams, drive student admissions, and develop regional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Revenue Ownership

n

Drive monthly and quarterly regional revenue targets.
n
Build a structured sales funnel from lead generation to student admissions.
n
Ensure robust conversion rates across counselling and enrollment stages.
n

Sales Team Leadership

n

n
Recruit and manage Business Development Executives, Senior BDEs, and Team Leads.
n
Conduct regular sales training on pitch, follow-up strategy, and closing frameworks.
n
Implement performance tracking through KPIs and dashboards.

Market Development

n

n
Expand Lanstitut's presence across universities, education consultants, and referral partners.
n




Build strong networks with student communities and career guidance channels.
n
Identify new market opportunities within Telangana.
n

Sales Operations & Systems

n

n
Implement CRM-driven lead management and follow-up systems.
n
Standardize sales scripts, call frameworks, and reporting structures.
n
Monitor lead utilization and ensure effective conversion strategies.
n

Performance Reporting

n

Track key metrics including:

Lead-to-counselling conversion
n
Counselling-to-admission conversion
n
Revenue per sales executive
n
Monthly revenue growth
n

Requirements

n

n
3+ years experience in sales leadership or regional sales management.
n
Experience in education, EdTech, or overseas career consulting preferred.
n
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
n
Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion optimization, and CRM tools.
