Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Gadarpur.

The Real Estate

Salesperson will identify potential buyers and sellers, conduct property visits, and present available properties in a transparent and informed manner. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, providing detailed information about properties, assisting clients through the sales process, and maintaining accurate records of leads and transactions. The role involves negotiating offers,



coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders (such as legal and finance), and ensuring all documentation complies with relevant regulations.

The Real Estate

Salesperson will also support marketing activities, participate in local promotional events, and contribute to meeting sales targets.

Qualifications
Solid customer service skills, including the ability to listen actively and respond professionally to client needs.
Knowledge of Real Property concepts and familiarity with local Real Estate markets.
Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort presenting to individuals or small groups.
Ability to work in office in Gadarpur, with flexibility for property visits and client meetings.
Basic proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree is beneficial.
