Hiring #Retail Sales Executive
Qualifications
Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to create positive, trust-based interactions.
Explicit and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to understand and present wedding and matrimony products and services effectively.
Prior experience in retail, weddings, matrimony services, or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
Comfort working in an on-site setting in Kolkata and engaging with diverse customers.
Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and peak wedding seasons.
